This ain't the "Team" that will get it done!

    NO KILLER INSTINCT!

They're happy to be....just a mid-level conversation piece with a few good players.

Not Champions....somebody on that team had better do a "gut check"....if they have any aspirations at all, of "competing" in any tournament. Just sayin'...I call it like I see it.

Smh....missing layups and casually handling the ball....ain't gonna cut it, White.

This was an awesome performance right up until the game started. Mediocre Mike for c o y. He should give a written apology to every fan who braved the elements to witness that clusterf in person. I thought the absolute quitting and walking to the sidelines by his payers with 30 seconds left was especially impressive. But hey, still projected for the big dance so give him a raise.

What a shame. Team was looking good this year and then…reality hit.

Mike White teams always start the season looking good. The pups are a dazzling 47-10 in Nov-Dec since he’s taken over, but his Jan-Mar record? It just went to 25-41. And he’s rewarded by Josh with a raise and extension? I guess We’d hate to lose him to another program, and besides, after all who doesn’t love early season cupcakes?

Yeah, that was pathetic, just like the two previous games and nearly every game since SEC play started. This team is not ncaa tourney worthy. Mediocre Mike continues to show why fla let him go.

    BINGO!

Embarrassing that UGA men's basketball continues to "settle" for mediocrity—much like ATL's Hawks and Falcons have for the past six decades. The result for all three teams: ZERO championships—EVER!

It's called a culture of losing, and in UGA's case it has existed since the program's inception. What's particularly shameful about this latest phase is that the Dawgs perpetuated it by hiring a reject from their most bitter and hated rival to lead them. Who the hell does that?!

    Can't make this crap up.

We paid Fla $1.2 mil to get this clown. Then have him an extension for being a bubble team last season. The guy that should be fired is Josh Brooks

It's all been said below. But you could set your watch by UGA basketball choking just when they seem to be turning the corner. Defense must be a foreign concept and shooting and shot selection are horrible. But I won't pile on. Most teams get better as the season goes on. UGA goes backward. Every season.

“White pointed out UGA had two four-game losing streaks last season in the SEC and was able to bounce back and make the NCAA tournament…”

    What!!!! 😠😡😖😤🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

As an Alumni & fan, this statement is infuriating. I nearly checked out three weeks ago but after a couple of wins I thought “well maybe”. I’ve now checked out. When a coach & or players are ok with losing & slipping in the back door of a tournament to which they should never have received a bid, the program is headed nowhere.

Over the next few weeks we will learn a lot about Brooks’ & UGA’s commitment to Basketball. The days of being a football or basketball school have long since faded from the rear view mirror. From coaches, players, to facilities, either get serious about basketball or shut the program down & give the money to Kirby so he can go back to ruling the CFP!!

Totally unacceptable, White looks lost and change must occur. Results speak for themselves.... Shot selection horrific

All the schools schedule cupcakes early in the year. Not unique to UGA.

Yeah. Good idea for all of you guys to check out. Better for all of us.

Correct, but decent programs win at least 50 percent of their non-cupcake games, elite programs even more. We’re paying decent borderline elite coach market value prices and at 25-41 are not even getting decent program results under Mediocre Mike. And what hurts me most is how UNfundementally unsound our teams under Mediocre Mike are. That’s on coaching, yes?

Yes coaching and a 2nd tier roster. UGA wont get the same caliber player as even Florida much less a team like Duke. Not gonna matter who the coach is.
