In some ways, itâs a good thing for the program. In the previous seven NFL drafts, Georgia has had seven wide receivers taken in the NFL draft. Thatâs same as Alabama and LSU in that same span.

I agree with Steve Smith that Georgia doesn't do a good job with their receivers and tightends consistently. I think some of their routes combination is That is why you see no separation between the receiver and defensive lback very vani. Georgia have had good receivers, but the offensive play calling doesn't use them to the offense advantage when it comes to match ups. la.
Numerous articles about WR's and the need to improve. I think the years where we involved the TE's more gave us a more well rounded threat.
TEs, TEs, TEs.…we keep saying this over and over. Where does Georgia have the most experience? Their TE room, and a couple of these guys could easily be used as slot receivers. If, for some reason, guys can't get open then that's a Bobo issue as much as a receiver issue. You can fix that with the right play calling.
If it's me, then I apologize, but I don't think I've ever seen so many articles about our wide receivers room. I think I know everything about each and every one of them—down to their shoe size. Thanks for tolerating my whining—it's just that I've been without college football for too long—and it's only April! I'm sure all of you understand.
No excuses for Bobo this year. His people have experience. WR may be young, but they've been in the system. We should be 37 pts per game on average.
It's quite misleading to compare total WR's drafted as Conner does here. Over the past 7 drafts, LSA has had 3 drafted 1st round and Alabama has had 5. Georgia? That would be 0. Quality over quantity. In fairness, Georgia has never been a full on passing team so it's not that surprising.
I fully agree Montana !! And there are a couple of those TEs that run the boundary routes as well. Just due to their height !! Bobo must get these TEs in the game much more. And not just as blockers. This Bobo’s ( and Gunner’s) year to seize the victory. Go Dawgs !!
