In Game 1 of a best-of-three super regional series, Georgia hit five home runs to take down No. 14 national seed Mississippi State 13-12 at Foley Field Saturday.

Man Oh Man what a game !! Home runs galore !! I had a medical procedure done Thursday and the Doctor ( a Really nice guy and great doctor) was from MSU !! They Are a very good team but the Real Dawgs are even Better !! I thought I was jinxing them by watching when they were 7 down. But then I remembered reading where Coach Johnson said NEVER give up on these guys !! And sure enough they come storming back to Win !! Go Diamond Dawgs !! Wrap it up today and press on to the Big Show !!

I don’t like the fact that teams alternate being the home team in the regionals and super regionals. If a team earned the right to host either of those, they should be the home team every game they play. Go Dawgs!

And again on Saturday..dont ever give up on the DAWGS..regardless of the inning, or score. Top of the10th, so far 2 runs scored for the DAWGS for a 11-9 lead..GoDAWGS! Final in 10 innings ..DAWGS 11 miss. st. 9 if theres more games ahead like the past 2, I'll have to call my Cardiologist and get him to increase my heart medication lol
