What happened to the discussion page

I logged on to check for typically illuminating posts and this strange format change seems to have happened. I'm typing mostly to see if I can still access posts and post for myself.

Using a totally different tablet, different everything and now I have NO new post icons at all after logging on after 4 hours or so. So site is buggy still.
