The white costumes served their purpose so time to put them away. No visiting team should ever wear their red home jerseys in Sanford Stadium.
Wear that nonsense at an away game. Our school colors are Red and Black. We looked ridiculous in white while our opponent was decked out in Red and Black in OUR stadium.
As I recall, the players also liked those hideous Nike power uniform things.
Loved the white uniforms.
Backups are obviously a big drop off from the starters...at least that's what I'm seeing.
I still haven’t heard anyone give a good reason for these white uniforms other than “we like them”. When it comes to kids 18-21 years old, they like anything that’s different from what they already have. Those red helmets are iconic and part of the identity of the Georgia Bulldogs. I guess they’ll start talking about removing the hedges next!
