Too bad Oklahoma choked at Michigan. I was really praying for a night game since I have tickets for the UGA OU game. If OU had won it was probably gonna be a night game. Oh well. If OU doesn't significantly improve its entire offense, they are not going to enjoy their visit to Athens very much…
I agree, but it’s lightyears better than a noon kick-off which annihilates all the tailgating festivities and our fans have no time to get lubricated 😉. Go Dawgs!!!
Fans will still have plenty of time to get "primed"…. plus makes for a better ride home!

I think Texas A&M vs. LSU will get the night time slot. Herbstreit LOVES night games Baton Rouge, plus OU losing to Michigan dampened enthusiasm for them versus Georgia.
If Ok hadn’t lost to mich, it probably would’ve been at night.

Oklahoma losing to Michigan is exhibit A illustrating how difficult it is to tell how good any team is this early in the season. I was confident Oklahoma would clobber Michigan primarily because I was 100% sure that Oklahoma was better than Western Michigan. It’s a wacky thing trying to figure this stuff out. For example, I seem to be in the distinct minority of fans thinking Texas beating OSU in Austin in the fashion they did should not have resulted in Texas being ranked #1. They didn’t even cover the betting line. Ryan Day lost the game with poor decision making. Truthfully, I have no idea who’s the real #1. However, after watching the Texas/Ohio State game, I’m pretty sure Ohio State is a better team than Texas. Of course, only time will help as to who really is the best.
In my humble opinion it looked like OSU took their foot off the gas. They wrongly thought they had the game in the bag. The momentum swung to TX and you know the rest. Always stay aggressive !! Go Dawgs !!

@navydawg - 100% on OSU going conservative. Playing not to lose instead of putting the Horns away which, imo, they could have easily done. Gotta keep the pedal to the metal these days.
