Kentucky is 3-0? Didn't they lose to Alabama?
Yes, the Wildcats did lose to Bama just last week after leading in the first half. Just like Saturday, Bama started slow in the first half and woke up in the 2nd to come back and win. But I like what Will Stein is doing at Kentucky. And how 'bout those other Bulldogs? Taylor was 18/26, 251 yards, and 4 TDs. Good to see them in the rankings.
Are the Gators finally back to being a more competitive SEC team? Too early to tell, but their running game tore it up with 243 yards Saturday.
Maybe if Kiffin was more respectful— of other people, decorum, etc.— he'd earn a little more respect. Sorry, no sympathy from here. Go Dawgs!
Of course Ole Mis and Bama loom on our schedule. Oklahoma has too much talent and pride to not buck up. Florida is no slouch. Nor are the other SEC teams on our schedule. The fun has just begun! Go Dawgs!
The SEC is loaded with very good to great teams this year. I think this will be the bounce back year for the conference. As for our Dawgs just keep working hard in practices and real games. OU will come into Athens seeking to redeem their image at our Dawgs expense. I expect maximum effort from them. So our Dawgs need to protect the Dawg House !! Go Dawgs !!

The overcompensating for the lack of championships is becoming a pattern.
Hope FrAzier Is ok. We're going to have to lean on him. Our passing attack isn't really on par with the likes of Ole Miss , Texas or even Alabama. But with a really good rushing attack we may can scoot by with timely passing. Pass protection got to be better. I suspect the other better teams are going to bring even better pass rushing defenses. Who is our go to receiver? Dandridge? That receiver for Arkansas gave our vaunted DB's all they could handle and then some. Our weakness has always been against a good passing attack. Looks to be the same again this year.
We're good(if we could pass it around as good as we can run, I'd say great) and should be able to compete with anybody. But I see some really close games in the future. Still see OLe Miss as a tough row to hoe. Florida is much improved.
Frazier came up gimpy on a run where he made decent yardage and was fighting for more when Drew came running up from behind to "push the pile." Unfortunately, he was running 100% and the pile shifted just as he got there and ended up drilled Frazier. I thought at the time that the worst hit of the day on Frazier was from Bobo. And then Frazier gets up gimpy.
