Thanks for your thoughts Mike. Personally, I think both Auburn and South Carolina are better than Tech this year. However, South Carolina is in a situation that could crumble at any minute so your ranking makes sense to some extent. As you said, a good argument could be made that Ole Miss is the best team on the schedule. In fact, I had LSU as my #1 in the country. I now have Ole Miss as my #1. Of course, like you, I could be wrong…AGAIN. 😊
Very Good analysis MG. I was gonna drop Ole Miss from my #2 after Lacy went down. But, he should be back strong by the time UGA plays em.
I was gonna place Florida at my #2....But....after some consideration….I have to go with the two best QB's on the menu. Although....Florida is a close 3rd.....imo.
I have it more like....1. Alabama....2A. Ole Miss.....2B. Florida.
Too early to tell.…wrt Tech, Auburn & Carolina. Vandy is a dark horse....with Jared Curtis at quarterback. Depends on how fast he grows up. Looking pretty good on that front....so far..
I guess UF should be #1 since they are favored over Ole Miss this weekend.
Bama has pretty much struggled with the nobodies that they have played, Ole Miss could have easily lost to Louisville, which is not a bad team. I think that the Dawgs will get their minor problems fixed and be too much for both. I see improvement in UF, but let's be real they beat a bad Auburn team by less than a touchdown so I'm going to temper that for now. I ain't skeered of any of them! Go Dawgs!
Florida ain't gonna walk the Dawg this year...but, with their cast of characters.…they "can" beat anybody at any given time. Imo. Anybody on their schedule...but, Georgia. Lol
Nobody can touch the Dawgs this year. It's just a darn shame, we won't get to see a Texas vs UGA Game this Season. Texas may even miss the playoffs. Just kidding...Lol.
This is the TOUGHEST SEC I think I've ever seen. From top to bottom....everybody is playing physical, hard hitting football...with an emphasis on the ground game.

I believe UGA can beat BAMA in Tuscaloosa or Ole Miss in Oxford if we make their QB's one dimensional. BUt if they're allowed to scramble around and run for 1st downs or at big moments make last second throws to keep drives alive it will be a long night. THat's the only type QB that has been able to give UGA fits in the KS era. I'm thinking TUA, Hurts, and Chambliss, and Young,. All of these have either gone on to have success in the NFL or will have . THrow in Jaxon Dart who hurt us a couple of times with his legs in Oxford.

All kidding aside....I want to see UGA's Defense challenged....to see what they are truly capable of. Imo....Alabama, Ole Miss and Florida are the only teams I see on the menu...capable of doing just that.

I agree....I expected the same thing out of Tech....BEFORE, the Season started. Something's wrong with the Jackets, though. They have a lot to straighten out, before they play the Dawgs.
I was just looking at the Oklahoma schedule. If what we see...is what we get, with the Sonners....they'll be lucky to finish the Season with 4 or 5 wins. Poor ol' Brent Venables....poor ol' Oklahoma Fans. Lol….after they fire Venables...they're gonna be just plain ol' "Poor".$
I bet....Texas and OU, probably wish they had stayed in the more manageable BIG12...where life's a breeze for the likes of those type Programs. Lol...too bad, huh?.
