that game was years ago… no one cares about the 2018 Rose Bowl as it relates to this game.
This is one of the best Conner articles I've read in a long time... that game is, without question, my favorite game of all time (pro or college, any sport... with the possible exception of the Miracle on Ice). I thought CR not only brought it back to life, but hearing what it means to current Georgia players was a really nice way of seeing the same thing, but through others' eyes.

One of my favorite games and biggest Dawg regret in not going. But, we had a dang good party at my house in ATL. Remember it was ice cold; I tried in vain to keep my porch warm with a fire and hanging up tarps. After OU sprinted out to two TD lead, my friend was lamenting how our D couldn't stop them. Of course, I kept the faith. Lots of drinking, my German Shepherd almost bit a woman we had just gotten to know, kids & half the neighborhood there. Big celebration.
