Not really concerned about rankings at this point, but I think the regular season just got a tad bit tougher for the Dawgs...as it looks today. Florida has drastically improved with a duo of RBs in Clark and Baugh that are train wreckers. Both got over 100 yards rushing yesterday. And Philo looks like a very competent and talented QB. Bama found a running game this season and Keelon Russell is a very smart QB that sees the field well. Their defense is typical Bama, tough and ornery.
These two games will be much more competitive than how things looked a month ago.
The only ranking that matters is the final ranking. However, I am very concerned about the Florida game. Sumerall and Faulkner are the reasons for their resurgence. Funny thing is that Buster Faulkner was an Quality Assistant coach when we won two Nattys. Why did Kirby let him go to GA Tech instead of replacing Bobo as OC ? Why can't we hire Buster for more money? He is an offensive genius. Kirby and Buster go all the way back to Valdosta State days too. Hire Buster and bust the Florida bubble NOW! Go Dawgs!
