reduga4evr, I have no problem with the more pay earlier playing time part of the business, semi-pro college ball has indeed become a business. I have a problem with the fact that he made a verbal deal with UGA that he liked, then he decided to decommit in ann effort to explore and get better offers elsewhere, that’s fine, that’s business. But then he comes crawling back and cuts another deal with UGA, and commits again. But that’s not enough, then he decides to stick it to Kirby again at the last minute, leaving Kirbyin a pickle to find another recruit. That’s not business, that’s b s . Plantt him 2feet deep.
I don’t ever wish serious injury to Any of our rivals. And I certainly don’t for Curtis. But if we can sack him legal and legit I’m All for it !! As I will be verses Any rival QB. And it’s not about him having a right to flip. That’s fine. It’s How he made his flip that stings.
Nobody's forgetting any of that. I'm certainly not hurt because some high school kid made a decision to go to Vanderbilt. I doubt few grownups are. It was a decision which hurt the Dawgs, and probably the young man, but that doesn't make it unexpected or terribly unusual or all that big a deal. You don't know what I or anybody else would do in any situation. Folks are saying he sold his mama down the river for a pack of Camels and they wouldn't do the same. Maybe they're right. I don't know and you don't either. I'm not mad at him, and you're not either, but so what? I don't much care about any aspect of this other than beating Vanderbilt and not burning bridges with a player who might one day transfer to Georgia. I believe that's Kirby's position, too, but of course he's not discussed it with me recently.

I agree navydawg. To be clear I am not advocating that we hurt him, I would settle for 5 sacks and no physical injuries. Wouldn’t wish that on anyone
He's gonna wish he came to Georgia by the time our defense is finished with him. Kirby isn't going to hold our defense back on this guy. He's gonna throw stuff at him tht he's never seen. Go Dawgs!
