Dwight “Peanut” Phillips Jr. has sat patiently for three seasons,on the sidelines, waiting for his moment to erupt onto the scene.

He more than rose to the occasion. great job young man
Use him like Branch while Frazier is in the backfield. Try stopping that. I was actually impressed with Bo Walker too. An embarrassment of riches. Georgia has the best roster in the country and they didn't pay 50 million for it like Texas. Money doesn't buy wins. Development does.
Dwight's heart is as big as his body, he is really fun to watch. Even on a 2 yard run, he gives everything he has in that 175lb body..GoDAWGS!
Food for thought , think about it for a second, we beat bama on the road in t town with our 3rd and 4th string rb’s. Iron indeed sharpens iron. Great job peanut. Dgd
I think Frazier was upset that he wasn’t going to get to play, not because of the pain from his injury.
He has vision and speed. There's more there… He's just scratching the surface.
GO Peanut GO!!!
It was funny because literally each time he touched the ball, I thought he would break it. He is that electric. Taking nothing away from the other backs, but this one is indeed special - talent wise and heart wise! You know that when a RB decides to come and stay at UGA, they are unselfish because we don't use "feature" backs, but sitting for two seasons to wait for your moment, really says something about this young man. Let's GO!!!!!!!!
When I saw Peanut a very few times last season I said he was something. We got a room full of really good running backs but they don't get a chance to play. Peanut is fast and can get to a hole quick. Bo Walker is another one that needs more time. They BOTH played REALLY WELL last Saturday. GO DAWGS
@David1 I think you're exactly right, and when he does make it back on the field somebody's going to pay! I can't wait to see it.
Both Peanut and Bo played great. And how do you not love those names Peanut and Bo! Want to see more of those two studs running the ball.
I've been waiting for this kid to put some meat on his bones and take his place among the great UGA Running Backs. Reminds me a little bit, of Garrison Hearst & Knowshon Moreno.
Bet that's what Kirby saw in him, too. Afterall, Hearst played around the time he was recruited to UGA....if I'm not mistaken. He's gonna be explosive. I look for Phillips & Stockton to bring back the ol' UGA Wheel Route....that James Cook, K-Mac & Stetson Bennett feasted on....before the end of the year.
Lol....if they need it, that is. Hell...just keep running the ball as long as nobody seems to be able to stop it.
Go Dawgs!!!
