Fan behavior was a big talking point coming out of Saturday’s Georgia-Alabama game.

I wonder what U of A deems appropriate action…"Sir, you just got an upgrade to the Executive Suite."
You know,..I initially thought the guy was a UGA fan too…glad Raylen took it all in stride…helmets can be very useful
by the way,..that was still a personal foul on Fitzpatrick hitting Gunner late..no comment from the highly trained broadcast professionals handling the game
I’m a white dude and I’m really pi$$ed-off with what that clown was saying. He kept emphasizing the word “boy” as he slapped Raylen multiple times. I think there is no place for that redneck crapola. Hopefully Bama will at least ban him from games. Great composure by Raylen and he made me proud for not knocking the pi$$ out of that lowlife. Go Dawgs and Go Raylen!!!
Alabama released a statement, dmmmm shame that someone got this on video, now we're gonna have to apologize
How many fortune 500 companies are in Alabama ? Not the most intelligent fam base .
Everybody calm down about the ALA fan, I'm sure he got as severe a punishment as the Texas fans did when they trashed the field and delayed the game against UGA. Seriously, I have to agree with BubbaBill, the emphasis on the word "boy" is troubling.
Fine?
Bet NOTHING happens to that fan.
Can only wonder what “appropriate action” means in Alabama. Pretty telling that exactly what the consequences are has not been revealed. Why not? Obviously should be arrested for battery and banded from all Bama athletic events.
What causes a human being to act like that man? It’s unacceptable juvenile behavior, not to mention adult behavior.
Just a brainless idiot. What a goof. All he accomplished though was to make the Win even sweeter. Tons of respect for Raylen’s reaction After he found out more info. on this doofus. Unless it has direct implications for our Dawgs when Bama loses to Anyone it’s a good day !!
He should be charged with assault and lifetime ban from any game.
Thank you for your comment, sir. You have unknowingly exposed why so many Black athletes (and I've interviewed several in my career) are so circumspect when it comes to white fans and supporters. I'm sure this Alabama "fan" cheers wildly for all 'Bama players, including the many Black ones on the team. But at the same time, when those Black athletes see and read stuff like this — a fellow Black athlete repeatedly being called "boy" — it makes them wonder, "hmm, what do you fans REALLY think about us as people, when we're not in uniform?" Or perhaps, "what would you think about me if I wasn't an athlete but just another one of God's human beings who happens to be Black," like the vast majority of Black students who attend the University of Alabama? But again, thank you @BubbaBill for adding even more context to this foul exchange. Go Dawgs!
What do you expect…they were catering to the Alabama crowd who doesn't know holding or a block in the back from a kick to the head.
It is our understanding that this person is an employee of the University of Alabama…that would certainly seem to be the reason the school is trying so desperately to keep it out of the mainstream media.
