Excited! GO DAWGS!
I will get way over excited about this when the signing on the paper. Been burned too many times in the past.
Great intel on this QB and glad to know he's hopefully going to be a Dawg.
However, I still firmly believe Kirby will at least try to get a talented and experienced QB from the portal to start next season. So many 4 and 5 star QBs coming out of high school end up being overhyped and overwhelmed with the complexities of the college game. So few can come from high school and successfully start and compete in their 1st season. Keelon Russell is one of those exceptions, and I can name a very few others. So, all I can say Jayden 8s get in line, get developed, learn the game, and learn how to be humble. It may be a while before you are playing in a game on any team. That's just the reality.
Correction on Russell: He is a sophomore, but he only played in 2 games in 2025. He did not redshirt.
Hmmm…Pretty sure that Nasty Gunner Dawg has one more year of eligibility. Man getting ready to pull a Stet!
@MontanaDawg
I believe the new "5 for 5" rule has eliminated the redshirt designations as well as an extended time for medical misfortune. Five years to complete your time as a college football player.
Gunner was in our 2022 class so I think this is his 5th and final season. Bummer!!! Go Dawgs
Gunner is done after this season fellas. He will be forced to move on like it or not.
watched IMG vs NFL academy. Wade looked good and made some nice passes but to me he just looks a little on the thin side.
Wake me up after signing day is done…
