You lose at home as a 20-point favorite, and that grades out as a “C”?!?!
C? Did we watch the same game? Come on, Connor.
Coaching: F-. You did not prepare the team. Full stop. And your half time adjustments came up way short. And you made excuses all week leading up to the game. QB: D. a couple good drives but overall terrible. The worst game he has played minus the ND game. I would have sat him for Puglisi.
Defense: D. Auburn’s offense is pathetic. Bad tackling and the secondary is way overrated even with Bolden. Robinson fails way too many times to get his head around to play the ball.
WRs: B. What a bizarro world in which this position group did the best.
RBs: C. Phillips again played well. Frazier, not at all. Happy feet like in the past. Jackson should have gotten his carries. Frazier wasn’t ready.
O Line: C-. some good pass pro but otherwise got owned.
Special teams: F-
What about play calling.. some of the worst calls this year and why is Nate in the game. Should have used the other backs we have. Completely out coached. Never should have been in the position to lose on a fumble at the end
"Jackson should have gotten his carries". Who is Jackson? Do you mean Bo Walker? If you meant Bo Jackson, wrong team and wrong era.
The over paid coaching staff and the over paid players all receive F minus after that inexcusable debacle...unprepared, lazy, and outcoached from start to finish.
You are delusional Conner in giving this team anything other than F...every facied of that game was a failure beyond imagination.
This program right now is not playing for a SEC or Natty title...its praying for the ability to not fumble, learning how to freaking tackle, punt a football more than 25 yards, carry a football and a coaching staff the needs to learn to have their roster ready to play freaking football at the highest level every GD game.
When you get paid a **** town of money...you better bring your A game every week players...We expect to win every game period...no excuses.
Too bad the Srs won't play another game at home. I think that's it for Sanford Stadium for this year according to the schedule.

An overall C? The team lost. The team should have an F. You can't have a C and lose. You can have an **** win and have a C but you can't have a C and lose.

the team that showed up yesterday is way more likely to end up 8-4 than title contenders. Embarrassing and a total failure all around. I have serious concerns about this team going forward. All wore out after 1 game in 6 weeks? Do they want this?
Pretty sure every team remaining on the schedule, with possible exception of Tech, is better than Auburn. Yes, the turnovers were the major reason we lost, but the most painful thing for me was how the Auburn coaching staff out coached our coaches. How much money do you have to pay to have a team prepared for a football game? Oh I know Auburn had 2 weeks to prepare, but with our talent we should not have struggled against Auburn. After we went up 14-0 with ease, our play calling went totally off the rails until we were 10 down in the 4th quarter. Yes, the 94 yard drive was a thing of beauty which raises the obvious question of why weren’t we that aggressive with our play calling in the 2nd, 3rd, and first part of the 4th quarter? Answer, poor coaching decisions. We should have scored at least 40 points against that defense.
Where's the coaching grade? Off limits? Overpaid, underperforming is all you need to know about 'em.
The worst thing about this loss is that every team we meet from here on out will not fear us. After being beat by lowly Auburn, no one fears out elite defense that can't tackle or our Heisman candidate QB and his OL. You think this game was hard? Wait until we meet UF, MO, OM, GT, all of 'em. They will be coming at us without fear.
Overall grade "F". Coaching grade F-. Can we learn how to kick and punt please? Can the Dawgs block a punt or field goal just once ? After going up 14-0 the commentators were already giving us the game until we stopped playing football. Too little too late in fourth quarter. I suspect Miss, FL, and Mizz are much better than Auburn! I am worried!
Good grief, folks! Yeah, we $ucked bad yesterday but y’all act like the season is a total bust. It’s one game and, as I recall, we’ve lost a game in season before and still finished pretty darned good. One of those seasons netted a National Championship. I am not happy with yesterday’s result but I would never, EVER predict a loss, much less a total collapse. I expected one loss this season but no individual team stood out as the one that would beat us.
Strap ‘em back on, fix what was broken and come out on Halloween p1ssed off and beat the snot out of those worthless lizards.
We súcked across the board.
Playing like this we'll lose to Florida, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Missouri, and maybe Georgia Tech.
