Bo Bryan: Son of country music icon Luke Bryan lands Georgia football offer

He looks pretty solid from his highkight tape, but I did see some things he can certainly improve upon. Shorten his release a little, footwork needs some tightening up, needs to improve his arm strength, and just needs to improve his anticipation/timing to allow his offensive weapons the chance to be able to create more yards after the catch.
Overall, I think he definitely has some tools to work with, but he will likely be a three year study, if he's going to get some real reps at UGA.
Despite what some fans say, I actually think Mike Bobo and his staff are pretty dang good at developing QBs and getting the most out of their abilities.
Overall, it sounds like this young man is a good kid, with a good head on his shoulders who wants to come in, learn, and work his tail off. Best of luck to him.
GO DAWGS
I learned a long time ago to trust our coaches on these scholarship offers. Bo Bryan may only be a 3-star, but Stetson Bennett was only a 2-star and a walk-on at UGA. You also never know what our coaches have in mind. I remember Billy Payne (head of the Atlanta Olympic Committee and former head of the Augusta National) came to UGA as a quarterback in the 60’s, but transitioned to wide receiver during his freshman year. He hit the weight room and added so much muscle that Dooley moved him to defensive end where he became an All-SEC and All-American player. Stay tuned and we will know more about Bo Bryan (love the name) in 3-4 years if he signs. Also, hopefully his dad will perform a few halftime shows…..hint, hint. Go Dawgs and good luck Bo!!!
Can he run?
He may only be a 3* but he has a 4 1/2 * locker room singing voice and I hear the acoustics are much better in the Dooley Field Locker Room then they are at the old Dodley Field locker room so i think we have the edge up in recruiting him.
A QB signee that won't need any portion of the NIL budget. Very valuable.
A lot going on here with this recruitment. I trust Kirby’s 4 dimensional chess is in play.
Go Dawgs!
