Re: Kirk Herbstreit: ‘Bama, LSU just a little bit ahead of Georgia’
One of the best things about CFB is that the deck gets reshuffled every year. On paper, UGA looks very strong with possibly fewer question marks than they had this time last season. Remember all the questions after 15 players were drafted? UGA needs to reload but there is a lot of talent there. There are a lot of young and… -

Re: Georgia tailback Branson Robinson: ‘Don’t worry about the timeline, you’re gonna know I’m back’
The UGA way is to not rush guys back from injury. Depth usually allows for players to take their time getting fully healthy before returning. Brock Bowers was the exception here considering how critical he was to the success of the offense/team. Hopefully CKS learned his lesson about putting irreplaceable guys in risky… -
Re: Recruiting decided 2021 Georgia football-Florida game and Kirby Smart knows it
A building is as good as its foundation...Kirby has secured a solid foundation in this Georgia team via recruiting. Development is next as the superstructure goes up, then the roof or covering...the coaches. Take one structural piece away and the edifice is compromised. UGA .... elite team builders. #1 ranked team and #1… -
Re: An honest assessment of the Georgia football quarterback situation before Kentucky
1 DV rescinded, I misinterpreted you post, after not paying full attention to your explanation later in the comment, my apologies. You make very valid points. A loss, or a win is never the result of 1 player, it takes 11 players every play to win, or lose. Exactly as you said, its called a "Team" sport for a reason. -
Re: WATCH: 5-star UGA commit Brock Vandagriff fires up stout weight room lift
I'm not really worried about his physical ability...that is beyond question. My concern is the situation that he is entering into. He is expected to be #1 QB from day 1. Does he have the maturity to handle this. There will be ups and downs and set backs along the way. My hope is that he has the leadership skills along with… -
Re: Why the hype for Georgia football-Alabama will surpass Georgia-Notre Dame
Win or lose in Tuscaloosa we will likely face Bama twice next year. Fun question: if we only win 1 of those 2 possible encounters, would you want to win in the 3rd week of the season or in the SEC CG? My vote is for the latter assuming we run the table and arrive at the CG with an 11-1 record. Go Dawgs!!! -
Re: 3 reasons Georgia's offense will change this offseason
Wash St. has 3 Sr's 1 Jr. among their top 4 wide receivers... UGA got hammered with the early exits last year and then injuries on top of that. Had a full cupboard end of regular season but suddenly all the defections. Good recruiting with Pickins and Blaylock but you dont get that 5* production in year 1. Move on!
