Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: Texas vs Iowa St last night
Yea but almost losing to Nicholls State looks worse then almost losing to Iowa State. I agree ill give CKS the better grade as of right now, but its to early to tell with TH. Like CKS said not all of the players had bought in last year and practiced and played like he wanted. Im sure TH is having the same problem. There is… -
Re: Georgia football podcast: One thing Kirby Smart hasn’t been able to do at UGA

Re: Shemar Stewart: The 5-star do-it-all defender recaps his latest ‘great’ visit to UGA
If UGA is to achieve the Alabama level and not just be a 1 yr blip every few years , UGA must get more guys like this this year (every year). There will be a huge need to replenish the DL in this recruiting cycle. I would also expect UGA to work the TP more actively going forward. It will be really interesting to see what… -
Re: REPORT: Nick Saban was 'riding (Scott) Cochran mercilessly' leading up to Alabama departure
Yeah, they don't like Kirby and much of the reason has to do with Smart getting recruits that Saban used to get. Kirby left Alabama for Georgia and two short years later Smart signed the top class for Georgia. Saban's streak of No.1 recruiting classes came to an end and it was Kirby Smart that ended it... Now instead of… -
Re: Georgia football-Charleston Southern: Live updates, injury report, practice news for Week 12 game
Interesting comment by Paul Finebaum today while conversing with a caller. He inferred that the UGA game with C of C will be shown only on ESPN+ or SEC network+ rather than the SEC network to squeeze a few more dollars out of Dawg fans who will pay the extra bit to see the game if they do not as yet have a broadcasting… -
Re: Georgia football recruiting: The nation’s top prospects weigh in on how the ‘Dawgs started out 2022
I predicted numerous times since last year, that Bennett and UGA's offense would be exactly what they are. I even predicted Bennett's rise to the top of the Heisman List. Only, I said he would be there at around the time of the FLA game. I had no idea, the media would catch on so quick. I didn't foresee this level of… -
Re: Josh Heupel: Tennessee didn’t play its best; turnovers, red zone costly in 41-17 loss to Georgia
I’m not impressed by the comment that Kentucky and Bama scored more points on UT than UGA did yesterday. KY scored 1 point more and had to play aggressively for the entire game because it was extremely close. Also, Bama scored 28 points in the 4th quarter in what was also a very close game going into the final quarter. On… -
Re: Georgia football fan-favorite Zamir White could pick up slack at Sugar Bowl
Well, so far ZW hasn't really shown why he is the Number 1 rated RB for 2018, maybe partly because of his injury, but he hasn't really been productive with the limited opportunities given to him. I think we would have seen a much bigger role for him had he been more productive. I actually think KM looked better than ZW,… -
Re: Georgia basketball falls to No. 2-ranked Auburn on the Plains, 83-60
Why not cover a winning basketball team? I haven't seen 1 score posted here this year involving the women's basketball team. Women have already won more games than the men will win all season. Wonder if Joni would be interested in double duty? She couldn't do any worse. 5 wins out of 18 games for the men, pitiful. UGA… -
Re: Amatuerism
I believe that the NBA should go back to taking HS players. The one-and-done era has ruined college basketball IMO. I don't think NFL teams would be willing to draft players out of HS very often, but if a team is willing to take TLaw right now, he should be able to go. I think RB is the only position you would see coming…
