Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Re: ESPN lays out a simple case for how Georgia football can win a national championship next season
I think we should be in the wait & see mode ! 80 to 85 % of our players on offense will be new. Half our coaching staff on offense will be new with a new system to learn for all ! If our defense can carry us in the beginning until our offense can catch up I will be happy ! Let's not start this season like we did last year… -
Re: Mark Stoops fires NIL-related shots at Georgia: ‘They bought some pretty good players’
I have always respected Mark Stoops and what he has done at UK, which, let's all admit, is a basketball school first. I am sure he is very frustrated with his team after the shellacing they received on Dooley Field Saturday night. That being said, I am disappoint that Stoops "stooped" down low to cast aspersions at CKS and… -
Re: I Graduated from Ohio State Two Weekends Ago
@Bdw3184 Yes he was. I dont remember if there were any other Georgia players, but that team was loaded with players from Southern schools: William Perry from Clemson, Wilbur Marshall from UF, Dan Hampton from Arkansas, Iron Mike Singletary from Baylor, and Steve McMichael (nicknamed Mongo) from the University of Texas. Oh… -
Re: Luke Bennett, brother of Stetson, commits to Georgia as preferred walk-on
He looked a lot like LMcConkey in the highlight video I saw. Maybe not quite as fast. This preferred walkon designation brings up an interesting dilemma UGA currently faces. The word is that LTOverton is ready to commit to his college program. The kerfuffle is that LTO is a "package deal" with his brother ( 6'3" 205 lb TE… -
Re: Former Georgia players set to make immediate impact in SEC, Power 5 schools
You haven't been watching how CKS runs his program or how Nick Saban ran his program where CKS learned how to run a program. It is not always the players choice to leave the program. In fact, most of the guys that leave the UGA program have been recruited over. CKS brings in a full class every recruiting season. Guys WORK… -
Re: Georgia football winners and losers as Bulldogs complete perfect regular season, look ahead to LSU
When Saban answers a reporter’s question about his DC with, “I think he’s done a good job considering what he has to work with.”, Dawg fans should be doubly impressed with what Kirby and his staff have done! There’s not a team in the nation with more recruiting stars than Bama on its 85 man roster. “…what he has to work… -
Re: Georgia receiver Marcus Rosemy-Jacksaint arrested on reckless driving and speeding charges
Oh and this might well have been changed, but if you are running at or above 30mph Above the posted speed limit you can be charged for reckless driving. For example 85 in a 55 zone. Or 90 in a 60 zone. Or 100 in a 70 zone etc. etc. Like I say that’s the way it was in the past, I’m not sure if it’s still that way. Not all… -
Re: Georgia football-Ole Miss instant observations as Bulldogs bully Rebels in season-best showing
Ssssh don’t let any rivals read this. But during Brock Bowers surgery they found out his anatomy is other worldly !! He’s actually an alien from another planet that’s well over 500 years old !! He’s been watching football from his home planet since his early years of 85-100 years old and decided to come down and play. He… -
Re: Alabama safety Caleb Downs plans to enter transfer portal
I'm going to join Kirby and take the high road. No need, or time, to bash Alabama or Nick Saban. I don't hate the Tide. I just LOVE the Dawgs! I hope we pick up Downs because he's an EXCELLENT player and he could help us right away. But I'm not going to count on him unless and until he signs. Whoever mentioned the new… -
Re: Georgia veteran receivers counted on, ranks thinned with fastest player sidelined
Very unfortunate and sad that this young player will be limited for some time in his ability to contribute to the team success and build his individual brand. The beauty of CFB is that you have 85 scholarship players. It is an opportunity for another player to step up. ASmith SHOULD return at some point this season. But…
