I sat there last night after the game was over somewhat stunned by how we had dominated Texas. I thought it was gonna be a close pretty close game. This team is a different animal than we saw back at the first of the season. I'm doubling down—maybe Gunner can do what Stetson did—looks like his surrounding crew is really coming on. What a game!! Connor, what does the offense have to do to get an A from you? They put up 35 points and made plays when they needed to. I get the five possessions with no points and one turnover, but come on. 35 points in the biggest game and win combo since the 2022 tenn game?!?!

I wonder how the playoff selection committee will sugarcoat Ohio State’s schedule now that we butt-stomped the Longhorns. They’ve been touting the Buckeyes’ “signature game” was beating the #1 team by a score of 14-7. Hmmmm, didn’t we just beat that same team by 25 points? Also, I checked out the stats of both games and it’s not even close. Ohio State had 11 first down and barely 200 yards total offense. We had 21 first downs and almost 350 yards. Also, Texas had almost 150 more yards than Ohio State and against us we had almost 150 yards more than Texas. Do you think anyone on the committee will notice this about their “signature game”. Go Dawgs and bring on the Buckeyes….we ain’t scared!!!

Great team effort by our Dawgs! I actually believe potentially not making the SEC game may be a blessing. We should hopefully move into top four after Bama’s loss. That would give us two weeks to rest and heal up if this turns out to be the case. Charlotte should be an easy win with backups seeing playing time then take care of the gnats and we should be in good shape. I believe playing in the SEC game last year took its toll on us even if we did get a nice trophy for our efforts. Again, incredible win. Very proud of how this young team has grown and gelled. Kudos to the coaching staff for their hard work and dedication to making this one of the premier programs in the country! Go Dawgs!
