Re: 3 reasons to believe Georgia will beat Ole Miss in Sugar Bowl
"Vetdawg"—I remember that Hawaii game very well. Hawaii came in with a QB with tremendous stats and a lot of confidence. At the end of that game, I actually felt sorry for him(can't remember his name), we hit him so hard and so many times, I didn't think he would keep getting up. This was a a great team we had, and like you say, nobody wanted to play us at that time. MERRY CHRISTMAS TO EVERYBODY!! GO DAWGS
Re: 3 reasons to believe Georgia will beat Ole Miss in Sugar Bowl
The Dawgs showed us in the SECCG that they can start well, own the LOS, own 3rd down, continuously build pressure, and keep the scoreboard ticking over. If CKS can reproduce the same intensity, focus, and performance, possibly improve on it, we will win convincingly.
Go Dawgs!

Re: 3 reasons to believe Georgia will beat Ole Miss in Sugar Bowl
this season reminds me of the momentum UGA had at the end of the 2007 season. That year a disheveled dawgs lost to South Carolina but got it together for the cocktail party. And at the end of that year UGA destroyed Hawaii.
had the playoff been in effect, Georgia may have another banner hanging. No one wanted to play Georgia at the end of that season.
im trusting Kirby has the team laser focused and ready to rock. Let’s get it late early and roll on. Also, gotta add that I’m routing for Miami, would love to have a crack at Sid the sloth and see if we can get him to turn the ball over with 4 ints.
either way, go dawgs!
Re: 3 reasons to believe Georgia will beat Ole Miss in Sugar Bowl
If UGA doesn’t want to be embarrassed at the Sugar Bowl, they need to be focused like a laser beam on Ole Miss and practicing hard and long as if their lives depended on it. The season definitely does.

Re: Georgia football: How 5 preseason predictions played out, some still pending
Man!...I forgot all about Taylor and Wiley. Whatcha wanna bet.…Bobo throws em a Dawg Bone during the CFP. UGA always gives the up 'n comers a little action in the Bowl games. Gives em just enough seasoning, to marinade over the offseason. Lol
Go Dawgs! Skit em.

Nice smackdown, GoodOlDawg. Ouch. And no one as deserving as the troll.
Go Dawgs!
Re: 3 reasons to believe Georgia will beat Ole Miss in Sugar Bowl
You’re right lucydog. I was at that game in the Superdome. Great seats at the 40 yard line. Blackout game. Still have the shirt I bought special for that game. Was his name Colt McCoy? I may be wrong. We kicked off, first play he dropped back and we road graded him. Like you, by the end of the game, I felt really bad for him. I think after one series in the fourth quarter, he wasn’t sure which sideline to walk to he had been hit so hard so many times. Hope we can replicate that New Year’s Day! Go Dawgs!
