Re: Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo knows doesn't feel he has something to prove in 2025
Your post is exactly right-on. I can't count the times I hollered in frustration when Georgia had the ball 3rd and long, and saw a run up the middle or lame side line pass. I can remember times when the game was on the line and Georgia held a slim lead, only to lose it because Bobo called conservative plays designed to "play it safe." Those "play-it-safe" plays resulted in the other team getting the ball back and winning the game.
Re: Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo knows doesn't feel he has something to prove in 2025
People still willing to die on the Bobo hill is just sad to see. You can tell they didn't have to watch these exact same offensive schemes and let downs for 10 years with Richt. I died on it in the 1st stint, never will again. Imo there will always be some type of problem with a Bobo led offense, always has. He isn't elite, like Monken. I just hope Kirby doesn't let his friendship get in the way of his job. That 40 ppg is such a cover up/ default statement. Tell me his ppg in the "big ones". Only significant win in his 20 years as an OC was last years SEC championship and it was won on the backs of the defense. People who don't know football won't have the ability to blame Beck this year, we'll see if they sing the same tune with Gunner. But here's to another year of hoping he can prove the doubters wrong, 15th times the charm. If not we can always go back to the old saying... "there's always next year!"

Re: Georgia offensive coordinator Mike Bobo knows doesn't feel he has something to prove in 2025
Listen, you can blame the offensive line, you can blame anything, but the fact remains the plays Bobo calls are predictable and have no imagination. Sure, he thinks he's doing a great job. That is what He is as to his playing calling. Think of the endless lame sideline passes or run it up the middle on 3rd and eight. How many games last season did we not even see a long pass in the first half? You can't blame the calls on the players. Maybe they don't execute, but the play call itself is owned by Mike Bobo alone.
Re: Georgia football injury update on RB Josh McCray, punter Brett Thorson
Man, I hate to see Thorson graduate because I'm going to miss his funny posts. Great Punter for us and I hope he can win the Ray Guy award, he deserves it.
Re: Examining the biggest issue facing Mike Bobo in 2025
Until I see better play calling, that will always be his biggest challenge….every year.
