Re: Chris Cole bringing âinsane amount of energyâ to Georgia defense from all angles
Yep, if there is a silver lining to last year is that it made Kirby ANGRY!
Re: Kirby Smart on Georgia football starting fast, and everything else he said
fast starts are not something we often see with this Bobo offense. I pray this season is different.
Re: Marshall players not afraid of facing Georgia football this weekend: âWeâre coming to winâ
Makes it better when they get trucked LOL
Re: Kirby Smart on Georgia football starting fast, and everything else he said
Am I the only one who is feeling a positive vibe from CKS? It sounds like he has been very happy with the team’s overall effort and enthusiasm. I’m crossing my fingers this positivity is a sign of great things to come because Kirby is rarely so upbeat. Go Dawgs!!!
Re: Kirby Smart: Georgiaâs primary opponent âis us, and itâs going to be us every weekâ
I hope one of the goals on defense is stopping/containing the QB run. Inability to stop QB run cost two games against Alabama: SEC championship game 2023 and last year's game at T-town. UMASS stayed in the game using QB run, and then there is HAYNES KING.
Re: Kirby Smart reacts to Georgia players cut in NFL, celebrates rookie free agents who made it
Some of these guys had transferred from UGA before being drafted, so I don't consider them "true" former Dawgs. But, I'm not surprised by any of the names on the cut list, although I do feel sorry for Lewis Cine. Looks like injuries cut short a promising career for him. He had (has) good football instincts. And while I do not feel sorry for Jamon Dumas-Johnson, I will forever believe that had he stayed at UGA for his senior season instead of transferring to Kentucky, that he would have been a solid mid-round draft pick, which would have all but guaranteed him an NFL roster spot. I will never know all the behind the scenes info, but his transfer always seemed odd to me. He was a beloved player and starter at UGA, who played for one of the best head and assistant coaches in the country. While he would have been pushed for playing time his senior year, EVERYBODY PLAYS at UGA and NFL teams know this. He would have played a lot at Georgia, and would have been noticed. At Kentucky, he became an afterthought. Same thing with Vandagriff. It's like they went up to Lexington and just lost that fire and desire.
Re: Georgia tight end Lawson Luckie emerging as team leader, ready for Bulldogs to âtake' respect
Opposing Defenses concentrated on Luckie, concentrate, concentrate and Boom !! Deep pass to Delp !! Opposing Defenses concentrate on Delp, concentrate, concentrate and Boom !! Deep pass to Luckie for the TD !! Rivals choose your poison !! And that’s just the TEs !! Go Dawgs !!

Re: Kirby Smart reveals injury status of key Georgia players for Marshall game
Overall, this is a great report, in fact, this is the best the Dawgs have looked from an injury standpoint at this point in the pre-season that I have seen in years.
