Re: AP Poll top 25 rankings see Georgia football land at No. 5 to start 2025 season
If they make the playoffs, I'm with you, I dont see them winning more than 1 playoff games, if that.

Re: Saying goodbye to my Mama
Just re-re-re-read this (again) for probably the three-hundredth time… and this is truly beautiful. Comforting, and it is peaceful. God’s word. There is no substitute. Thank you @CigarDawg

"it is wise to study one's adversaries", Jack Ryan. Which is something you clearly don't do. But go ahead and stick your head back in the sand. It is your best angle. Excuse me for "justifying their ranking ahead of UGA" with facts. Since you obviously don't read much, just so you know, Clemson fans don't call Trevor Lawrence Sunshine Jesus. They do call Deshawn Watson DW4. I call him DW24, not for his jersey number, but for the 24 women that sued him for molestation.
@1SICemDAWGS1 That is a fun fact and one that I am well aware of. Clemson's team and tradition is built on State of GA players. That is why I follow what they are doing. W/o GA players Clemson would be a 2nd rate program. It would be nice for UGA to keep all the great GA players that go to Clemson. I've said it many times over that only CFB fans in GA know who Trevor Lawrence is but 2* SBIV will probably be Governor of GA one day.
@Kasey First, unlike UGA, Clemson got better as the year progressed in '24. Probably because their 2 5* WR's were brought along relatively slowly. Hey don't shoot the messenger that TJ Parker (GA) , 5* Peter Woods and 5* QB Klubnik are all expected to be very high draft choices in '26. Not my words. The words of NFL scouts. Parker (overlooked by you) is actually their highest rated draft prospect. 20 TFL and 11 sacks in '24.
Klubnik threw for 336 yards and 3 TD's vs TX in the playoffs. After a bad 2nd Q, Clemson outscored TX in the 2nd half. CBeck? Threw for 56 yards in a half vs TX in the SECCG. Clemson's OL was good enough to allow Klubnik to throw for 3639 yards and 36 TD's in '24. They are also coached by Matt Luke, now beginning his 2nd season there. It is very myopic not to expect that OL (or team) to improve this year.

Since its still talking season lol heres a fun fact..ALL 3 of clemsons national titles came with a former GA HS QB at the helm for clemson. Homer Jordan-Athens, Deshaun Watson-Gainesville, Trevor Lawrence-Cartersville..GoDAWGS!

I’m not a believer in Clemson. They weren’t that good last season. Klubnik did not impress me in our game with them. Their defense has some guys, Terrell and Woods especially. Sammy Brown is a great athlete but I don’t know how instinctive he is as an LB. Their OL is experienced and mediocre. Not exactly winning combo. That OL we thrashed in 21 was fairly experienced too.
They will likely contended for the ACC bc it is the ACC, but I’m not a believer in them going far in the playoff.

Re: Chauncey Bowens second-year RB is turning heads for Georgia football
Being compared to Leonard Fournette is a big compliment. Even though he played at lsu, Fournette was the real deal also..GoDAWGS!
