Re: Georgia moves up in ESPNâs âWay-Too-Earlyâ Top 25 spring rankings
Agree with your take. I’m so sorry to hear about your furry friend. Yes it absolutely hurts when they pass on. Our dog is on up in age now and I’m dreading that day. We lost one back in 2018 that we had for fifteen years. It hurt deeply.
Wish I had the right words to offer you. Just know I understand how you feel and my heart goes out to you. Both of the one we had before and this one we have now were from the rescue pound.
You’re probably thinking right now that you’ll never have another one. But out there some where there’s a rescue dog that could sure use the love and care you obviously give. Something to think about. Best wishes to you.

Re: Braves 2026
Nice comeback tonight. Would hate to lose two in a row to the Marlins at home.
Braves have a 2 game lead middle of April. Doesn't mean anything other than you haven't buried yourself like you did last year. Instead in a decent spot.
Elder on the mound tomorrow. Will we see the good version of him again?

12 and 2 ain't bad for a rebuilding year. Those young guys are a year older and much improved, including Gunner. I trust the training they're receiving is targeting more than up the middle or a screen to the left. The running backs this year, have more to offer than 4 yds. Between the TEs and wideouts (and some blocking) Gunner should provide the leadership to get it done.
The defense looks formidable with great potential. Go Dawgs!!!
Sad note (off topic). We lost a wonderful DGD yesterday morning. My best friend for fourteen years went to Heaven. He was a great dog and Dawg. Forgive my downer.

Re: Former NFL great harshly criticizes UGA offense
SMH.
I don't know what SS said because I didn't listen to the podcast. But I will say that a big step up is needed and expected in QB play this season if UGA is to reach its goals.
For the uninformed. Steve Smith played 16 years in the NFL. He played it at 5'9" and under 200 lbs. In the last 10 years of his career he missed 9 total games. He retired with over 1000 receptions, almost 15 thousand yards receiving and 81 TD's. In '05 he led the NFL in receptions, receiving yards, receiving TD's and Y/TCH. In '08 he led the NFL in receiving Y/GM.
SS knows something about what he sees on a football field. He was 5x Pro Bowl and 2x All Pro. AP Comeback POY in '05.
Somehow I don't think that any of the janitorial service at Butts Hall or clerks at the Bookstore are quite as qualified to talk football as SS is.

All this way too early is just that. Will say Gunner looks like he’s been hitting the weights. His biceps seem bigger. All we as fans can ask is just keep on pushing !! Go Dawgs !!

Re: Kirby Smart recognizes the challenges with Georgiaâs wide receiver room in 2026
Numerous articles about WR's and the need to improve. I think the years where we involved the TE's more gave us a more well rounded threat.
