Re: Georgia football final grades following win over Austin Peay
This offense feels like the definition of insanity . I hope they can show me wrong next week .
Re: Georgia football final grades following win over Austin Peay
Kirby may regret not making a change with Searles last year. There is too much talent with the lineman for them to be continually pushed around and blown by like they are sitting still. I realize that Kirby knows a lot more than any of us when it comes to his staff, but the O line looks like it did when Searles was with Richt. Talented but undercoached
Re: Georgia football final grades following win over Austin Peay
Wow, no tight end catches? Never seen that before...well, except during the Bobo/richt yrs. His play calling is what it's always been.
Re: Austin Peay coach shares admiration for Gunner Stockton, key to stopping Georgia at the 1
they came to play and obviously our guys didn’t. That game was a lack of focus and discipline. When you have two turnovers to an fcs opponent, no other explanation. Also, can someone please explain to me all of the wr screens? Please tell me that was part of some secret scheme, because if not our offense is nothing more than a triple option.

Re: Austin Peay coach shares admiration for Gunner Stockton, key to stopping Georgia at the 1
So the Head Coach who has not, to date, named Gunner Stockton his “QB1” wishes Gunner would have more confidence in his downfield passing attack. Has Kirby assured Gunner that it won’t affect his status (whatever that is) if he throws a pic while pushing the ball downfield? The same HC who didn’t criticize Beck for throwing 9 pics in 3 games, is critical of Gunner, who has ZERO pics, because he ain’t letting it fly downfield.

Re: Tennessee looks forward to Georgia after record-setting offensive outburst
In 2023 Austin Peay beat East Tennessee State 63-3. The vols gave up 17 to the same team. I hope they are confident. The Dawgs D is a little different this year.
Re: Georgia football final grades following win over Austin Peay
IMO a pretty good assessment of the game, Conner. An overall C may even be a little too high. There seems to be very little excitement with this team and not a whole lot of enthusiasm. Let's hope the motivation, which to this point has been missing, will appear for this team with the realisation that if it doesn't, we may get our A**es kicked in Knoxville.
