Re: Georgia basketball St Louis box score, recap NCAA tournament
Georgia basketball is a joke. Why Josh Brooks saw fit to extend Mike White before the end of the season is one of a growing case of collossal blunders in Georgia Basketball history. OK great. Georgia got to the SEC tourney with a first round bye. And what did they do with it? They lost to one of the worst teams in the SEC. OK fine. Now they play Saint Louis. With a week to prepare. A lower seed. And they got absolutely outclassed from the opening tip. Charles Barkley made fun of them at halftime. This is the Georgia brand of basketball. A punchline. Why would any half decent player come here? They looked like a high school team. Defense? What defense? They stood around while St. Louis slashed to the basket for easy layups. They were shell shocked and unprepared. But let's give the coach a raise. Where could I find a gig like that? Sign me up.
I'm 65 and have been watching UGA Bball since I was 10. Why, with all the resources and money can't Georgia field a decent basketball team? If this is the high water mark, somethings really wrong.
Re: Georgia basketball returns to NCAA Tournament, to face St. Louis in first round
Wow! Another basketball article on Dawg Nation!
All kidding aside, I hope this team shows up hungry and focused. Don’t get behind and expect to come back to win. Like SufferinginAtlanta said, at least one win in the big dance would show that made strides.
Go Dawgs!

Re: Kirby Smart on the Atlanta Falcons: âI think they know what this university has to offerâ
Better late than never I guess. Falcons kinda missed the boat for the 1st 10 years of CKS. So the Falcons show up big when they have 5 picks and no 1st rd pick? Typical. I guess if you change your coach and GM every 3 years sooner or later you are bound to get it right.

Re: Everything Mike White said after latest Georgia NCAA tournament blowout: âIt was sickeningâ
If that doesn’t show that Mediocre Mike isn’t a good coach, I don’t know what will. That was pathetic, disgusting, embarrassing, they’re aren’t enough bad adjectives to describe that debacle last night. It looks like just being invited is enough for him because he hasn’t had his team ready these two invites. At least the Gonzaga blow out last year was acceptable because they were much better and under seeded. They looked like a 16 seed last night. Reasons like that are why we have a reject coach from our biggest rival. Fire Mike White. He won’t be able to keep any player from this team. I’m sure Dominique is purely disgusted that his son had to endure that.
