He wasn't great in his last tenure as our OC, not bad, but not great.
Better than Sark. I wish we had gone with someone more innovative though.

Koetter was the head of the offense for the NFC Championship run in 2012. however, defense cost that team.
Mike Mularky was hired as the TE coach too. I like the hires, personally. If we would just hire Mike Smith as the linebackers coach, we’ll be getting the gang back together.
