We have been so close, but didn’t finish like we were capable of. We gotta play smarter, work harder, get mentally tougher, physically stronger, and keep focused.
Who will step up and be our Team Leaders in 2019? Will we commit as a team to keep each other accountable? Will we be good student athletes and role models? Will we know the playbook, understanding our responsibility, and play as a unit? Will we finish close again or will we Finish Strong?

I'm sure he meant 'Silver Britches'. That's a Larry Munson thing. When they wore the home game Silver pants. he'd always say, 'Run you silver britches'! lol

Munson had the best job in the world. What other job would have allowed him to work till he was 85 and enjoy such adulation with none of the pressure and criticism that comes with playing or coaching ?
No, he was correcting the above post that mentioned silver britches by saying it should be gray britches instead - but is unwilling to admit it. His historical understanding of our history is limited.
