We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

National Everything You Do Is Right Day
I tried posting thiis a few minutes ago but I don't think it went through. So, I'm trying again. I guess everything I did today isn't right - already. Anywho, yesterday was National Everything I Think Is Wrong Day, so today is a chance to feel good about everything you do. Of all your actions so far today, what do you feel best about? I got up early and met some of my runners at a local park and had a great workout - miles of tempo running plus some 300m hill repeats afterwards. They were flying and I thought back to how far they've come already this year. Feel good about that.

I put on a light jacket this morning and was chilled. I must have got the Days mixed up. Thought wrong/did wrong.
I predict the Dawgs win it all this season.
