Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:

- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)

- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans

- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum

- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Has BA considered doing other podcasts also?

I started out listening to the podcast daily. I have since converted to the FB live version, because I love the interaction with the listeners. Either way keep it up BA, I am a homer that can't get enough of the Dawgs!

Rivals.uga has a great podcast once a week... all three hosts are recruiting experts.. they aren't as cool as jeff sentell, but they seem to share much more speculation than he does.. I prefer it.. also there are two guys that do a 'glory uga' podcast.. more opinion, and I think main guy has aspergers so he can be too much, but they cover good topics.. BA is a trip, but the opening feels a little long and I wish he would have more recruiting people on other than jeff, I always enjoy hearing about other schools from their recruiting pov.. keep us out of the bubble

This sounds like the old trade-off in journalism. Do you want higher quality content or do you want more content?

As far as recruiting intel is concerned, Jeff has decided on the higher quality content. Then he has to work his butt off to get as much content as possible because he has a higher quality standard.

I don't know about the podcast you mentioned. Never listened to it. But sites like 247 have decided to make more content the goal. I've seen links tiger has posted to that site that will say something about a kid. But Jeff's already interviewed the kid, and the kid has said that's not what's happening.

Nothing wrong with enjoying the gossip column though if someone gets a kick out of that. I do think people should be aware there's a quality difference in the accuracy of the reporting though.

Those are pretty basic, commonly held about journalism. I guess my instincts were right about you not understanding them. I didn't figure on you not wanting to understand them though. Sa la vie...

Wow man, you're really drinking the Kool-aid. Let me guess, it was voted most accurate by some industry group whose members have relationships with the Rivals web site?
