The how to, please.
mix together 1/2 cup olive oil, 1/2 cup soy sauce, tablespoon black pepper, tablespoon of garlic salt. I cut the skin off before I cook it, so I rub 1 side down with olive oil and put that side down in my disposable pan. Then pour the mixture over top. I always buy 2 whole slabs so I use the whole mixture. Then i smoke at 250 for about 2 hrs.
