Georgia will beat Notre Dame in a blow out. The Arkansas State game will be closer.

When one has the opportunity to showplace one's home to the (football) world, go with it and agree with everyone that this is the best game of the year (even if it's not).

What a great college football match up! Any true college football fan can appreciate this one. I know the ND players are looking forward to playing us between the famous hedges. And I'm looking forward to seeing them here. Really excited about this game.

Dawg fans gonna need to turn it up a notch for this one! Show up and be loud and proud!

Hoping both teams escape with no serious injuries. And hoping we get the victory, of course.

    GOOOOOOOOO DAWGS!

You can think and believe what you want...but this will be a major battle and could come down to the 4th quarter or OT before it's all said and done. I am an ND Alumni and a fan for many years.

Georgia has a good OL and ND has a very good DL and secondary...this will be a battle of strengths and neither team is going to show very much leading up to the game with their over matched opponents.

Georgia has a new OC and some other new coaches and Georgia lost all top five WR's from last season which, as good as Fromm is, can cause some major passing issues with ND's tight coverage and aggressive pass rush.

How well Fromm and the new WR's and new plays and schemes all come together early in the season with only some glorified scrimmages before ND shows up will say a lot about how this game could go.

Georgia will try to play power football and be run heavy but ND has seen that a lot and can handle that...Michigan, Stanford and even Clemson struggled trying to do that for Four Quarters against ND. Georgia will need to be balanced and be able to throw the ball.

Another question that I have is who is backing up Fromm should he get hurt or have to miss part of the game?

ND's defense takes it toll on QB's....Shea Patterson from UM-KJ Costello from Stanford and JT Daniels are all highly regarded QB's running good offenses...and all of them got hit and battered.

ND will be the underdog and no one is expecting them to win...ESPN rates UGA with a 70% chance to win....which is typical.

ESPN's Game Day Crew all picked Michigan in last season's Season Opener too...and they were all wrong.
