- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Man!! I'm fixing to leave this thread. Came on here to check on WC but you guys have me hurting now after reading this!
Personally, I’m visioning WC digging for the worms under his house. Not sure what they are for yet but for sure going with that vision. Maybe he’s going fishing, yea that’s it!
Edit- @WCDawg , I am glad to hear the pain and issue has subsided for now. If it continues to bother you then I suggest you go get checked Sir
Yeah I think the cable was an excuse for him to crawl around under there. A better more powerful router would of done the trick to fix the "interference"
Ouch. I have a plate and screws in my neck but nothing like what you described. Hopefully you're back in action soon.

Seriously???
When I worked in the van conversion industry, we had an employee whose swelled the size of grapefruit. Both sides. His doctor put him in the hospital until they went down. The poor man had to lay there spread eagled for several days so we sent him a cargo net to hold them up.
You have no ''idea''. I kept buying routers till I got up to a $270.00 Netgear tri-band mesh rated up to 20,000 square ft and a powerful extender. They actually ''processed'' lower mbps than the mid-grade had. There is something blocking the signal and I'd already ''tinkered'' with it for 6 weeks and done so many returns through Amazon Prime I worried they'd ask me to take my business elsewhere. Plus I was days away from football season. I set up the hard wire and I'm getting an average of 210 mbps now, which will run just about anything. Since I only need the signal over a 20 ft radius I've ordered a mid-level router which will be devoted to this ''space''. I'll use the hard wire for ultra hd tv and use wifi for my laptop.
WCDawg, all kidding aside, get it checked out ASAP. May be nothing, may be something that needs immediate attention. Also, for your own peace of mind. Best wishes for a speedy and complete recovery.
I appreciate your concern. When I woke up this morning and a lot of the swelling/fluid had subsided I figured at least I know a large mass of intestine hadn't dislocated. That put me at ease enough to give it till Monday and reevaluate. Of course if things change for the worse I'll get to Rome where they have ultrasound and get it evaluated properly. Last night it was pushing baseball size, this morning it was maybe a third of that.
"HOWEVER, get your affairs in order. "
This sounds serious WC. Geez, I thought you just had a little swelling
No, it's different than anything I've experienced before. I've had a small inguinal hernia on my right side low abdomen for years, but it's stable and just barely symptomatic, My Dr. advised to monitor it but avoid surgery unless it worsens. This is for sure far more acute. If I get any troubling changes or symptoms before Monday I'll go in, otherwise I'll be careful and monitor it.
Good deal WC. Keep us up to date. But somebody better inform JayDog, cause sounds like he's got one of your foots in the ground already
Let's not dig a hole just yet, hopefully I have some good seasons still in front of me.
I'm pulling for you WC. Hang in there
I step away for a few hours and come back to see WC bro has a hernia. Good grief... WC bro heal up and pay someone next time to crawl under the house.
Ummm...no, that was a joke about putting a game above health--in response to the original post. I used the little emoji to indicate that I was not being serious about putting "affairs in order." I was talking about "football affairs." While the injury doesn't sound life threatening--I would have gone to the hospital game or no game.
