D'Andre made the difference. UGA, finally, after its usual scoreless, multi-quarter struggle against a very mediocre team that again boxed out the run, was able to tuck it away in the fourth.....not pretty, as usual, but a win is a win. Big shout out to the defense who held KY scoreless. Weather was sopping wet. A bye then...Florida. I just cannot see them even in the game with Florida, not as things stand. Smart cannot handle any kind of box defense...very colorless! Maybe the defense can hold FL off but they have a great aerial attack. South Carolina hung in there against FL earlier today until FL Broke it open a bit and won but by only 11 pts.. So UGA did not lose to a slug team last week. The Dawgs having to struggle so hard against three-game losers still leaves me cold. Elsewhere, No. 6 Wisconsin lost a 1pt squeaker to Ill. and ranked Missouri..leading the SEC East,..lost to Vandy!!?? That levels the playing field in the SEC East for now...each has lost one conference game...I believe. A lot more football coming up. Go Dawgs!
Can we find James Coley another position? In a different sport? At another school?
