After struggling to throw the ball in the rain in a game last month, Jake Fromm tried something different for Saturday’s Texas A&M game. The UGA quarterback wore a glove on his throwing hand in an attempt to help him grip the ball better in the pouring rain against Texas A&M. It didn’t go well for Fromm, as

Never understood how a wet, slick glove, improves grip on a wet, slick leather football 🤔

I was on Jake's side until today. Jake is a fair weather QB. There are a few around. But not in the NFL. So we will likely be biting our finger nails next season as well. I suspect the ball slipped every time he threw it. Quit the gloves...! Mond for Aggies nearly doubled Jake's throwing stats and lost! Maybe 2020 Commit Carson Beck can fill the much needed QB gap for UGA? UGA defense...again. Amazing, simply amazing! Other than that....I am actually sweating Ga Tech....lolol. Tech has nothing to lose...nothing. Pray for dry weather or its biting off what nails we have left. GO DAWGS!

Sorry to say, new glove but still the same dead arm. Under 50% for the 3rd straight game. It has caused the defense to be on the field for almost 10 minutes more over the last 2 games. Starting to add up. I guess the good thing is the SECCG is indoors. But ga's luck, the roof will probably spring a leak.

Just in case you're missing it. At halftime, TN qb has thrown for 243 yards against this #1 ranked pass defense. TENNESSEE.!!!!

What people don't realize is that Fromm actually has small hands. Not conducive to throwing in wet weather or being an NFL Quarterback. When he said he couldn't grip the ball against Kentucky, Kirby should have pulled him out and put Stetson in. But that would have ruined Fromm's draft stock.

It's unfortunate, but I suspect UGA should have kept Fields and let Fromm transfer.
