Yes 66, I agree changes need to be made. This year was an anomaly for reasons we don't really know all the answers to, there were a lot of excuses. I hated watching the games this year, they were boring, uninspiring, we won on superior talent. The players obviously see things we don't, the Justin Fields transfer could have had a hangover in the locker room. The leadership, the chemistry, the fun seemed to be missing for the players this year. Lets hope Smart has the intelligence and the backbone to do what needs to be done. if he can't or doesn't oversee those changes successfully I can almost guarantee he won't last the 15 years Mark Richt did.

I like Kirby Smart, I believe he will get it done. The last thing we want to see are knee jerk reactions, changes made without thinking things through.

We didn’t use Mecole Hardman near enough when we had him and look what he’s doing in the NFL. If you have talent it has to be utilized and that means making adjustments based on those players. That’s what good coaches do. Unfortunately Kirby seems like he’s going to make players do it his way no matter what. Things will continue to end badly if this continues.

"He is going to have to replace Sam Pittman as the offensive line coach, which won’t be easy given he’s perhaps the best offensive line coach in the country." Not so sure about that. He's no doubt a fantastic recruiter, (and apparently great guy) but I didn't see a performance out of the O line that matched their pre-season reputation.

Is there Offense 101 Coley could attend. His current playbook isn't working so well. The runs up the middle is like trying to put a square

peg in a round hole. We may have pure hate for the wide open 4 and 6 wide receiver sets on offense, but it's here to stay.

We need Jesus ! Our offense was **** this year. I mean just ****! Coley shouldn't get another chance at OC. We need a quality OC that has proven play calling ability in the SEC. Also Hines Ward would be great ! I like Hines Ward as the new WR coach.
