Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

WATCH: Georgia freshman MLB Nakobe Dean ready to be seen and heard
Georgia freshman middle linebacker Nakobe Dean was a 5-star signee, but he explained there were still lessons to be learned

We sure do need to go into the game with a "I want to win this thing" rather than "being in this game is an insult to us" attitude. That is exactly what I saw last Sugar Bowl.
Last year they thought they should be in the playoffs - they won't be thinking that this year after the LSU game. I expect (hope) they will be a lot more motivated.
I'm kind of thinking the same thing. Texas was visibly thrilled to be in that game, and for the Dawgs it looked like something they just had to get through. I don't think that will be the case this year, with the way things have (otherwise) ended making this a "best we could have hoped for" sort of bid.
The future is bright for him and UGA. Glad you are healthy Nakobe.
Keep chopping ! Go Dawgs!
I like Nakobe Dean....Linebacker is a position that you have to grow into...ask Roquan Smith.....I think Dean is right on track
Well...If that is the truth then Kirby is to blame.....no ifs, ands or buts.........that said, I'm not playing in the game and I'm just an alum....I'm still POed over how we played in the LSU game and, to be honest, it's hard to to get up for these loser bowls......Yes,loser bowls.......Georgia, Wisconsin and Virginia all had to lose to get into them....as far as I'm concerned this is the only argument for a 8 team playoff......every bowl means something every year
