imageWATCH: Lawrence Cager discusses what he told injured Dominick Blaylock, reflects on his time at Georgia

At the beginning of Georgia's 37-10 loss to LSU, wide receiver Lawrence Cager was often seen by himself on one the makeshift training tables on the Georgia sideline. This is because Cager recently had ankle surgery and had his entire leg in a cast. He also had a scooter to help him wheel around when he needed to

Best wishes Mr Cager, enjoyed watching you during your short time as a DAWG! I'm sure his advice to Dom was well received. And to offer his support, at any time to a former teammate, shows how unselfish Lawrence Cager really is..GoDAWGS!

Hopefully we will have ONE healthy receiver for ONE full season at UGA! Getting ridiculous. Is this typical of the other SEC teams..so many injuries? One or two yeah, but virtually half the team. Cager is a good mentor for Blaylock. We need more, many more Cager's and Blaylocks. Seriously! UGA has to step up its game and become a more loose and versatile team like most of the other SEC teams are gravitating toward. I suspicion Luke will have some say in this...I do. LSU saw a more open game plan from UGA. Let's see more of this, ok, Coley?

Connor - Cager knows all about ACL recoveries, he had an ACL tear at Miami and missed his sophomore year.

Grad transfers are supposed to make an immediate impact. Cager was a complete success! I hope he goes to NO with the Dawgs, receives his swag and enjoys the Sugar Bowl experience. He deserves every benefit being a Dawg offers!

Yeah Conner....ask Mike Griffith. He wrote a nice article about Cager's journey.

It's great to know your Dawgnation staff is completely knowledgeable and informed about their subjects! Good grief!

The Dawgs have been fortunate under Smart because this is the first time the injury bug has bitten so hard. It was a regular occurrence under the previous coaching staff, no disrespect to them. It was just the case. I doubt anyone in the country could have handled the attrition at one position group from one year to the next, and then have that same group suffer major injuries like that.
