The last three times Georgia and Florida have met, the Bulldogs have come away with a win. Those same three seasons have seen Georgia represent the SEC East in SEC championship game. Prior to Georgia accomplishing the feat last year, it had only happened three times in the history of the SEC. Steve Spurrier and the

Steve Spurrier and the Florida Gators ripped off five straight division titles in the early 90’s.

Florida has a lot going in their favor this year with a returning starter at QB, to all the offensive starters lost by GA, as well as Florida getting an easier schedule.

If Georgia can win the East again this year, I will like Kirby's chances at matching Spurrier's record in 2021...

We’re returning the #1 defense in the country with, I believe, a chance to repeat that level of play. It will be a huge matchup, no doubt, but I just believe Kirby has this edge about him that will not allow these guys to be complacent. He is building a great staff around him and has vastly matured as a head coach. We have quality depth and are loaded throughout the roster with 4 and 5 star players. Count on Mullen to ratchet up the trash talk. Should be four in a row this year. Go Dawgs!

I haven't really looked at the Gator lineup. Newman's stats look as good as Trask's. Although ACC. UGA is equal to last season, plus, a lot more depth at certain receiver slots. Transfer Tre' McKitty will figure in this mix at TE...6'4" 220 lbs...excellent receiver. Pickens will be the number one receiver again. Georgia is looking pretty good! I am very hopeful against the Gators. Smart is planning way ahead for this annual grudge match. Remember, UGA may still be RBU but now possesses the additional "option" weapon.....did not have this previously. UGA now strong on the aerial side of things with Monken and the stable of signed elite receivers.

Dawgs will win for fourth in a row. GO DAWGS!!!

Yes, UF has gotten top 10 recruiting classes under Mullen. We have to look no further than the Richt years to learn the difference between top 10 classes and top 3 classes. It's the difference between good teams and elite teams. Let Mullen and his Gator Nation groupies talk their crap. Talk is the only game they can win, that being by default, against Kirby and the Dawgs.

The fact is the disparity in talent between the Dawgs and Gators continues to widen. Mullen and GN should be ashamed of Mullen's recruiting efforts rather than rejoicing. If Kirby were the HC at the capstone university in the #1 blue chip recruiting state in the country, he wouldn't be languishing in the bottom of the top 10, he would be setting records for #1 classes and no other team would be close!

We will worry about the gators when their time comes on the schedule. There are big games every week. You have to win this week for the next game to be important. We had a cheap shot thrown at us last year schedule wise. Almost every team we played had an off week before they played us. A lot of difference playing on fresh legs.
