My recommendation is to incentivise the contract of every single person on the UGA staff whose performance can be directly linked to either recruiting or player development. Win the Natty and receive a windfall bonus. Would any of us care how much these folks are being paid if we win the NC a couple times a decade or more?!
I agree...move Sinclair up the pay scale if he is that good! Conditioning and strength is where it's at in the SEC!

Sinclair has been awesome! Our injury rate is low, and our guys are beasts with good endurance. I'm sure Kirby will raise his pay and place him in the upper ranks of S&C salaries. "Pay the man his money"
