Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

Oh man, I practically lived at Busch Stadium when I lived in St. Louis. Ozzie Smith was an essential part of a great lineup.
I don't remember most of the posters I had growing up......but I remember this one
Oh yeah ! Farrah was on many a young mans wall
And in many a young man's mind
The Iceman cometh.
Tip of the 🎩.
We have a Six Million Dollar Man post on the Old Uniforms Thread too.
The NBA had the best and most posters of the major sports early on — Dr J, Dominique, and Spud Webb. Hence the term Posterized. Gervin was cool, a scoring machine. I wonder how many points he would average in today’s game.
The Iceman was the ultimate in cool...and could flat fill it up. I loved that poster.
I remember this one too!
“The DOCTOR“!!!
@christopherules - Love the Dr. - I’m so old I got to watch him in his pre-med days with the Virginia Squires of the ABA.
LOL. This is what popped in my head imagining Tex and that poster
Anyone remember the poster with a black & white photo of a farmer in a field on skis with the phrase "SKI CLEMSON!"? Guys across the hall from us in Myers Dorm had this one.
There were also these punk rockers down the hall that had these posters of bands I'd never heard of like Black Flag and Husker Du.
Having had too much time on my hands recently I combined my love of movies, posters, and art to create my own movie poster.
Looks Great! With you and @JoelSidneyKelly, we’ve got the best edits around.
I took some extra wooden wall paneling from the garage, cut it into strips and placed it on top the curtain brackets. On one wall I had about 9 feet of windows and placed album covers on the rail above the curtains. I had windows on another wall and did the same thing. It was pretty cool back in the early 70's.
