    Swift has the better knees but the Falcons did not need to give up a draft pick to have Gurley. Taking the chance on Gurley was indeed the better decision because they retain that coveted first round pick for another position.

    A bird in hand is worth 2 in the bush. Gurley was the right move.

    After 25 years, I'm just happy they see the value of the talent, of a top 15 university they have in their own back yard. Or not !

    Take Swift if he is there. If Gurley bombs or gets hurt who do you have at RB, nobody.

    If Gurley cannot produce he is gone, if he lights it up he is gone, if he is good but not great you can sign him again at a reasonable price and you have good depth at RB.

    Signing Swift no matter what happens with Gurley we are set for the next 4-6 years at RB.

    I know we need other things but you don't have an opportunity for a great back that often and Gurley is a big question mark and most likely only one year.
