ESPN analyst Kirk Herbstreit makes no secret of the fact that he's a big fan of Jake Fromm, and he says Fromm is capable of exciting things at the next level

With the right surrounding cast Fromm will surpass expectations. His arm is strong enough, and he can read pre-snap defenses. Give him a chance. Go Fromm, Go Dawgs!
I agree-- Fromm might surprise people, just like he did in his college football journey, with all those tough obstacles ahead of/above him his freshman and sophomore years... which he quietly but summarily disposed of like turkey in the woods! I sure hope so, because I love underdawgs, and he's a **** good one.
And Fromm is so classy, he won't whine about or take personally the short shrifting in the run-up, nor will he gloat about it when he winds up on top.
