Mike Griffith, your take on the "what if Justin Fields didn't leave UGA" is WRONG! Your assertion that Justin Fields can't read defenses is disproven by the facts. This past year, his completion percentage, passing yards, TD passes, and rush yards were better than UGAs starting QB. Additionally, Justin was a Heisman Trophy finalist, and he led Ohio St. to the College Football Playoff - the UGA starting QB didn't do either and even regressed. Ohio St. coaches knew how to use Justin Fields, and he flourished. If anything, you should be angry at the UGA coaches for misusing Justin. However, it looks like the UGA coaches, learned their lesson because they brought in a new OC and Jamie Newman, who has a similar skillset as Justin Fields. You heavenly and unfairly criticize Justin even after his banner season. Justin Fields' situation at Ohio St. is better than it would have been if he stayed at UGA - you should be happy for him. As Brandon and Connor said, Justin Fields was clearly the better QB when he was at UGA. The NFL showed you what they thought of the UGA starting QB, who you believe is better than Justin by making him the 8th QB selected in the 5th round. For whatever reason, I sense that you have a deep hatred towards Justin Fields, and this clouds your judgment. You hate Justin because he wouldn’t sit and wait at UGA, but instead go to Ohio St. where he far out-shined and proved he is much better than UGAs starting QB and making the UGA coaching staff look incompetent. It’s obvious to me that you have a personal hatred of Justin Fields.

Mike - you may want to consider losing the Adidas hat as UGA is a Nike school. Despite your Nike shirt you may wear.
