Innocent until PROVEN guilty. Baker attorney Cohen: "We understand that the officers can only base warrants on what was told to them at the time,” Cohen said. “We have affidavits from several witnesses that also dispute the allegations and exculpate our client.” Trial will tell us all. I pray Baker is found not guilty of this alleged fowl deed.

Well, whatever happens, the lawyers will certainly do well. I certainly hope he is found innocent. Nevertheless, Deandre will just have to wave by-by to his NFL bonus. If he is found guilty, I wonder if the company he was keeping was worth it.

What makes no sense is th he 2 most recognizable faces didn't wear a mask but some random guy did? Also these two guys go from zero reported encounters with the police and zero arrests to armed robbery over watches and cash? Also, did they find any of the stolen goods on either of the two? Something stinks to high heaven with all this. I'm wondering if someone wasn't trying to shake them down in their old neighborhood.
