Don’t have any personal experience with TikTok but am hearing that TikTok gathers and tracks your personal information. Any tech savvy people out that that have an informed opinion?
It’s also owned by the Chinese who currently own everything anyway 😏😉
As a lawyer who deals with electronic data and privacy issues, I can confirm that if you download the app, it will gather and track all of your personal information, as a "service" provided to you by the Chinese government. 100%.
Of course, Facebook is similar. That's why I don't use either.

I was fixing to ask how many other apps also do the same thing.
If you have a smartphone, you are or can be tracked.
If the app was free it does it.

it’s what cracks me up when people say they don’t want a vaccine that can track them but don’t think about how google has a record of literally everything they have ever searched
Google, facebook, twitter, all of it records everything you do on your phone. They are recording your searches, your microphone, and camera 24 hours a day. It's unreal.
