    Pretty obvious. Kirby loves his guys and gives them the respect they’ve earned. Players always have and always will play hard for this kind of coach. Go Dawgs!

    This is why the term "family" is the "mantra" at UGA and it means something. Kirby does love his players and coaches as well. He has a genuine heart. It creates a warm, inviting atmosphere!! Great coach, dad, recruiter and friend.
