    I think one of the underlying issues is that Reese planned his transfer to Ole Miss in January of this year. His statement and concerns could have been brought up and addressed at that time. Let the "system" work through things from the beginning. Instead, his public statement came out last week when it was apparent that his waiver may not be granted. It should also be noted that inter-conference SEC rules require an undergraduate SA to sit out for a year. This has nothing to do with the NCAA.

    Not saying anything about what Reese experienced at UGA, but based on timing and trying to push a waiver through the NCAA, it does appear as leverage on it's face. It won't work for the SEC.
