It only took me 2 series to wish Fromm had come back.
Good news is the Mailman started to catch his groove toward the end of the half. Think we found the starter for a few weeks if Daniels is still on the shelf.
D'wan was the victim of too many penalties and some. If we hadn't shot ourselves in the foot so often in the first half - 11 penalties - we might have scored a bit. We always seem to be able to make adjustments at half-time and did so again today.
I liked the following:
we used the middle of the field
we used the tight ends
our QB's were mobile and ran the ball well on occasion
we ran the "monken spread". That is, spread the ball among lots of people even when we don't spread the field. Seems like everyone pretty much got to touch the ball - even Matt Landers!
Finally, on several occasions there was even good separation by our WR's!!
Another game or two and we should be rolling at full speed.
