Hey folks - as a member of the DawgNation community, please remember to abide by simple rules of civil engagement with other members:
- Please no inappropriate usernames (remember that there may be youngsters in the room)
- Personal attacks on other community members are unacceptable, practice the good manners your mama taught you when engaging with fellow Dawg fans
- Use common sense and respect personal differences in the community: sexual and other inappropriate language or imagery, political rants and belittling the opinions of others will get your posts deleted and result in warnings and/ or banning from the forum
- 3/17/19 UPDATE -- We've updated the permissions for our "Football" and "Commit to the G" recruiting message boards. We aim to be the best free board out there and that has not changed. We do now ask that all of you good people register as a member of our forum in order to see the sugar that is falling from our skies, so to speak.

I don’t get why everyone feels the need to call Haselwood a diva. His biggest knock, if any, was that he was overly transparent in his recruitment. He let people know how he felt and once he started leaning away from Georgia people got their feelings hurt.
Who’s the diva in that scenario? Give the kid a break. If I were a wideout with his talent I would probably rather play in OU’s offense too as opposed to UGA’s at that time. What were we selling? A bunch of blocking and 3 targets a game at most? He also wanted to get out of this area for personal reasons I believe. I can’t knock the guy for choosing another school and the ‘barbershop comments’ add up to a whole bunch of nothing. He seemed like a likable guy on the DawgNation interviews and I hope he does well.
Move on.
Sold him on a lie. Sold him playing for a coach that left. Sold him on airing the ball out more. I think he wanted to actually play for UGA I think he left because what he was being sold wasnt seen on the field (and probably the Fields fiasco after the LSU showing).
There's this anger when guys dont choose UGA which I never understood. Its a business. Its like if I play certain positions theres schools I look at.
I get it. I think there’s sour grapes from what was said on his little Barber shop podcast that can’t really be taken back. He talked down about the coaches and also had something to say after each uga loss. I’m going for the kid but he’s a friendly villain going forward. Uga didn’t work and we ended up trading for Pickens, pretty much.
Also I don’t think JH would’ve punched a GT nerd. We need someone who will punch a GT nerd lol
I dislike Rodgers a LOT more than Cam. Rodgers is an absolute D-bag.
He really isnt. I actually met him though. Dudes honestly very chill and thinks very outside the box. Maybe I just like that cause Im similar.
It’s just how people carry themselves. That’s all we can see. Body language means a lot, how you publicly react means a lot, public comments mean a lot. Maybe he is fantastic in private. I wouldn’t know.
He didnt bash the coaching staff. It was fully directed to Chaney and then Chaney left. I know guys say sign to the school not the staff but Chaney sold the guy on some things. He called him a used car salesman and said they demand his loyalty and then he left. I dont remember him dissing but I remember him neither being rose colored glasses or being a debbie downer. I think like alot of recruits he wanted to see what Fields can do but that never happened.
Have you seen him this year? Hes smiling, happy, etc. I could care less about his body language or anything... He was frustrated. Dude has been the best QB in the NFL and has 2 losing seasons. I believe having emotion is great. His comments where needed imagine how frustrating it isnto be a once in a era talent and McCarthy is your HC and your franchise was a win away from the super bowl and instead of helping the offense they draft a QB (hes 3rd string), a RB (he 4th string), and a TE (he's 4th string) in the first three rounds.
But he has taken the high road alot. That report last year was bad and he just let it go.
Well, there's also the whole (alleged) laptop theft at UF and then selling himself to the highest bidder coming out of JuCo...
[BTW, this is in reference to Cam, not Jadon]
🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️🤦🏾♂️ You got me 😂😂😂... I hate thievery. Although I give every kid a mulligan but theft is the ultimate slap in the face. The other part "allegedly" was his dad only
Not diving on that football. Okay he didnt give the best effort there @donmedeirosbut he's still a great role model and player was my only thing.
That's the part I agreed with you about/
Why are we arguing and making assumptions on a 18-19yr old kid who had a major unfortunate event happen to him again? Can we not wish him the best and hope he succeeds in life and football? Most of these kids even top recruits at the end of the day just want to play the game. Fans and media have added this additional exposure and pressure for a college kid to act like a seasoned adult. They will make mistakes and learn and navigate just as we all have and are doing.

love it
Agreed. I wasn't a fan of that video. Seemed like he was being treated like a celebrity before he's even got any cred on the field. And his fam said Georgia was like used car salesmen. Pretty unprofessional thing to say. That's a pretty big dis.
